Welcome to the support center - Web-Based Ticketing System

Working with a professional-grade system allow us to provide our clients an efficient service response experience.

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required.

Support Contracts - As Needed

We provide IT support contracts for business users who prefer an on-going comprehensive support solution. This is an annual agreement but can be modified on a per-customer basis.  You have the option to configure your plan based on individual needs and the level of support your company may require.

The base price is contingent on the number of workstations and servers in the organization. The minimum charge for any support agreement is $200.00 per month.
