Endpoint protection is our primary goal in keeping critical systems, intellectual property, and customer data safe from ransomware, phishing, malware, and other cyberattacks.

Backups

We have partnered with CrashPlan PROe–an enterprise cloud-based storage provider to help our customers implement a simple and intuitive backup solution on a hosted server. We have a signed Business Associates Agreement with Code42 to aid in HIPAA compliancy and audits.

Monitoring

AppleWisdom utilizes a comprehensive end-point monitoring software provider to find problems before they happen. An agent is installed on servers and workstations that gathers and relays critical information to us in real time. This allows us to take pre-emptive measures to assure continued data assessabilty with little or no downtime.
