On-Site appointments are charged a one hour minimum with a standard travel fee.
Remote Support: Time spent doing remote support is charged by the quarter hour based on your current billing rate.

Travel fees will be implemented beyond a 50 mile radius from our Whitmore Lake location. A fixed $40.00 rate will be charged.

For business customers who generally need more time, we have created a Time Block Purchase. This is a cost effective plan to take care of all your IT needs. This Block of Time can be applied toward a wide variety of services from AppleWisdom over an unspecified period of time.
