Standard Support Rates
At AppleWisdom, our services are provided with transparent, professional, and business-oriented pricing structures. We offer both standard hourly support and pre-purchased time block options designed for organizations that benefit from ongoing consulting and technical support.
Billing and Engagement Details
For organizations that require regular or ongoing technical support, we offer Time Block Support Packages that provide the flexibility to apply purchased hours across a range of services.
These packages are ideal for business customers who anticipate continued consulting, maintenance, or infrastructure work.
Time Block Options (Examples)

4-Hour Block — Designed for short projects or elevated support coverage

6-Hour Block — Suitable for half-day engagements

8-Hour Block — Full-day support, ideal for planning or larger initiatives
Each block is offered at a discounted rate compared to our standard hourly pricing and may be applied toward any qualifying AppleWisdom service.
Hourly rates pricing applies only to normal business hours, Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM.

Billing & Engagement Details
On-Site Appointments
On-site services are subject to a one-hour minimum. A standard travel fee applies when applicable.
Remote Support
Remote support is billed in 15-minute increments, based on the applicable hourly rate.
Travel Fees
A fixed travel fee of $50 applies to on-site engagements conducted beyond a 50-mile radius of our Whitmore Lake location.
